If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or continue to use the program. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To participate you must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach. Each individual or entity may hold only one affiliate account.
Upon approval you will be issued a unique affiliate link. Referrals are tracked via cookies placed on the end-user's browser at the time of clicking your link. The tracking window duration is stated in your Program Details. You must not manipulate, cloak, or artificially inflate clicks or conversions through any technical or deceptive means.
You earn a commission on each qualifying sale or lead generated through your affiliate link, at the rate displayed in your Program Details. Commissions become payable once your account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. We process payouts on a schedule communicated within your dashboard. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions generated through fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
You may promote our program through legitimate channels including your website, blog, social media, email newsletters (compliant with anti-spam laws), and paid advertising — unless otherwise restricted by us in writing. You must not:
Any promotional content you create must accurately represent our services and comply with all applicable advertising laws. You may use our approved brand assets available in your dashboard. You must not modify our brand assets or use them in a way that could damage our reputation.
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, tracking windows, or any other program terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued participation after notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or caused harm to our brand or business. Upon termination, earned commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next scheduled cycle.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of ours. You have no authority to enter into contracts or incur obligations on our behalf. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and contributions arising from your affiliate earnings.
The Affiliate Program is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any level of earnings from your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
